Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear declaration (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
You can use our template for this purpose (see below), but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us).
The refund will be made immediately and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We optionally offer you the use of a return label provided by us. Should you use this, we will charge a flat shipping fee of €6.90 against the refund to be made.
Compensation for Loss of Value
You only have to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the nature, properties, and functionality of the goods.
