How to report a complaint or damage
We want your heroes to have the perfect spot. If a part was damaged during transport or the grain of the oak does not meet your expectations, please contact us directly by email at moc.eirelagnerugif@ofni, stating your order number.
Tip: It's best to send us a photo right away – this often allows us to send a replacement part without bureaucracy, without you having to return the entire display.
Checklist for your complaint
To process your complaint as quickly as possible, we require the following detailed information:
- Clear subject line
- First & Last Name
- Reason for complaint: product defects, wrong product received, product not working, packaging defects
- Which product is affected?
- Order number
- Detailed description of the complaint (e.g., product)
