We place great importance on your collectibles arriving safely and undamaged. Therefore, we exclusively ship insured packages primarily with DHL.
Due to the special dimensions of our LINE and UNIT displays (over 60 cm in length), we also use DPD for single orders of these products to ensure precise and secure transport without unnecessary packaging material.

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1-3 business days.
If you have ordered products with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, provided we have not made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the product with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
Returns
In case of a cancellation, we offer a convenient return label. We will deduct a flat shipping fee of €6.90 from the refund.
