We deliver to Germany and, within the EU, to Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Spain and the Czech Republic.
Delivery to Germany and the EU
We place great importance on ensuring that your collectables arrive safely and undamaged. We therefore only dispatch items as insured parcels. We primarily use DHL for shipping. Depending on the parcel’s size, weight or destination country, we reserve the right to use Hermes in exceptional cases to ensure optimal and secure delivery.
Shipping terms
Goods are delivered domestically (within Germany) to all German postcodes, as well as to the specified EU countries (excluding islands).
Shipping costs
We believe in transparent pricing. That’s why we cover the full cost of delivery for shipments within Germany.

Delivery Times
Unless a different timeframe is specified in the relevant offer, goods will be delivered within 1–3 working days for domestic deliveries (Germany) and within 3–5 working days for international deliveries.
If you have ordered products with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the product with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Returns
In the event of a cancellation from within Germany, we provide you with a convenient returns label. We will deduct the flat-rate shipping fee of €6.90 from your refund.
For returns from other EU countries, we will provide a returns label on request; the flat-rate fee of €14.90 will be deducted from your refund.
